Overview And Highlights

Kailash Manasarovar Tour by Helicopter with Muktinath Extension

This 15-day Kailash Manasarovar tour by helicopter with an extension to Muktinath is designed for those who wish for a comfortable journey that includes visiting Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu before heading to Kailash Manasarovar and concluding with a sacred visit to Muktinath.

The trip begins with regular flights from Kathmandu – Nepalgunj – Simikot and a chartered helicopter flight from Simikot – Hilsa (Nepal–Tibet border). From the border, the journey continues by coach to Manasarovar via Purang, one of the most serene and breathtaking destinations on Earth.

The group performs the parikrama (circumambulation) of Manasarovar by coach and of Mount Kailash on foot. Hindus believe that bathing in the sacred lake purifies one’s soul and that a single Kora (circumambulation) around Mount Kailash absolves a lifetime of sins. This pilgrimage is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for devotees longing to reach the divine abode of the Gods.
